Got me the loan approval I needed to buy my first home

After getting the run around from a local lender and then being approved for a loan amount that was a joke. I asked a friend of mine who referred me over to Jeff for a second opinion. After speaking with Jeff on the phone he told assured me that even though my situation was complex it was doable. I am a small business owner that just past the 2 year open business mark, along with that I have a recently discharged chapter 13 bankruptcy, and a previous tax return that showed a loss do to the start up expenses of starting my own business. I also was given a 60 day notice at my rental I had been renting for over 8 years. Jeff was on top of everything, always returned my calls, texts, and emails, even when it was late at night and on his vacation. Jeff and his team and understand complex situations. My husband and I make good money and we were having the hardest time getting a preapproval from other lenders because we own our business. Jeff was able to understand our income and it was not a big deal. He has many resources and a team that knows what they are doing.
