I have been in the lending industry since 1986 and originating home loans since 1992. I have been able help families buy their homes or refinance their existing mortgages, while lowering their stress level. The mortgage process can be confusing and frustrating, but it doesn't have to be that way. We try to keep this as simple as possible and will only ask for the items we need.

Everybody's financial situation is unique to them and there is no single type of mortgage that is best for everyone. When purchasing, how much down payment? How much of a payment can you afford now and in the future? How long will I be in this house? And many, many more variables. It is my job to find out what is most important with you.
